SHIPPING & RETURNS

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK DELIVERY ADDRESSES.

Most deliveries are made using Royal Mail or specialist courier companies and are expected to arrive within 7 working days from your order receipt.

An e-mail to confirm dispatch will be sent to the purchaser. You can also check the status of your order under ‘My Account’ by logging in. If you do not receive your items within 3 working days from receipt of the dispatch confirmation e-mail, please contact us with the order details on info@gogoscrazybones.co.uk

If the delivery address provided is communal or shared such as student halls of residence, hospitals, hostels etc where anyone other than the recipient can accept the delivery, Plus Marketing will not be held responsible for items not received. 

Some deliveries will require signature on delivery, we therefore recommend that you get your order delivered where there will be someone reliable (known to you or the recipient) to receive it.

In the event of a parcel being returned to us, we will refund the cost of your order.  If an error has been made by the customer, such as an incomplete address, the cost of redelivery will have to be paid before we dispatch your items. We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the timeframe specified but should events outside our control prevent this we will contact you by email and arrange alternatives.

Plus Marketing will not take liability of any delays caused by our carriage providers.

The above delivery details are for orders to be delivered in England, Scotland and Wales. In cases where the delivery address is in a remote area of the country extra delivery costs will be incurred. We will inform you of the costs and you will have the option to pay the extra charge or cancel the order.

Overseas Delivery

We can arrange delivery to other parts of the world. Please contact us to get a quotation for delivery before placing an order.



Returns Policy

All goods are on a firm sale basis. Goods will not be refunded or exchanged once they have been dispatched.

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 days from receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

We will not be held liable for packages lost in transit on their way to us. We therefore strongly recommend you to return the items using recorded delivery or any other secure method and retain the receipt until you have received your credit for the return.

Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied item.

 

Important: Remember to email us at info@gogoscrazybones.co.uk to inform of us of the problem before returning the item as the issue may be solved without you having to return the item.

 

Order Acceptance and Liability.

 

Plus Marketing (UK) Ltd has the right to accept or decline an order for sale of any items offered in this website. No contract will be engaged between you and Plus Marketing (UK) Ltd for the sale of any item to you until Plus Marketing (UK) Ltd accepts your order by confirming via e-mail that it has dispatched your ordered products. This acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have effectively communicated to you at the time Plus Marketing (UK) Ltd send the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive the e-mail).

Neither Plus Marketing (UK) Ltd nor any of its affiliates or members will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, consequential damages or loss of data, income or profit.
